Does reapplying for financial aid for the 2012 year award more money? 10 points for fast answer?!?

As in, they already awarded me 6k in grant money, 3k of it for the fall semester and 2k for the spring semester of 2012. But either way I have to reapply again for the 2012 year..so when I do, what happens? Do they award you more on top of the 3k left for spring?

The 6k you have now is for 11-12 school year. You aid will not increase.

You have to reapply for 12-13 school year.

No it won't

When you apply for financial aid, you are applying for the school year. When you apply for 2012, it will be for the fall 2012 and spring 2013 semesters.
