This is because they all have the opportunity to get a financial assistance. An example is if you are a single mother and you wanted to continue with your education to better provide for your children. The government will give you the financial assistance that you needed. They could give you a nursing scholarship program to be able to have a more stable job. That way you could better provide for your children. Another example is if you are a single mother and you had to stop to work because of a hospital emergency. So, everyone is truly happy for this, all because of these financial assistance or grants.
