Federal Government Business Grants

We are almost done with the preparations for tonight's appreciation for our company leaders. We made sure that this is the night that they are going to feel loved and appreciated. No matter how tough the circumstances that we have gone through as a company, we still managed to stay on track and made progress. No amount of money can buy the smiles of our employees when it comes to service. They have been the best and they deserve the best treatment that we could give them. It is just once a year that we do this and we should it do it with style. Our main theme for the night is extravagance. We told them to wear their extraordinary clothes and make sure that they look their best. We have prepared food and red carpet in this function hall that we rented in a five star hotel. We treat them as stars, we exemplify that true leadership is servant hood. This is our chance to let them feel special.

As I reminisce in our own ways to prepare for this occasion, I have seen the struggle and hindrances from different angles to prevent this event to happen. We did all our best and we pulled through against the opposition. It's a success even though at the start a lot of frustration and worries have happened. We came across disagreements and conflicts but we are not carried away from this type of stress. We made sure that we are able to use our resources wisely and even connections so that it will push through. Some leaders could not believe that this time it is in a five star hotel and we are not just allocating a low budget expense but really prepared for this one. I love how the team stood strong and had a firm decision on the things that we want. We never look at something as an obstacle but a stepping stone that we can conquer.

I even remembered how our company started which is a mix of five young but ambitious college students who see something in the future. The best thing that happened is that we had a collective idea of the business. We have one thing which is common to us and that is cyber business. We know that this is the passion of the group make us effective to what we believe. So we tried asking for support and we got through a lot of discouragements because even our closest love ones told us that we will not make it. But look at the success we have now and we are sharing the profit and abundance because we took the risk.

The greatest event that started it is when we got our approval from the government grants. We applied for federal government small business grants and this risk gave way to our business to begin its journey. Then the rest is history and where we are right now is because we decided to pursue it. So blessed that we have people like the government to supply our needs and we share the same passion of helping the community reach their potential because we have allocated jobs for people to enjoy what they are doing.
